April PAD Challenge: Personal Mythology Promtpts Day Five - Sense and Synchronicity

Poem #5

I
pick
up this
fallen leaf,
a dying morsel
of Mother Earth and
see myself reflected in its
autumn glory, the final show
of bravado before it's forever
changed. It reminds me where I
am dying, how I am changing,
but doesn't teach me about
why I must start

  1. The leaf shaped poem intrigues me - I have had this shape in my mind since this weekend when I shaped a tree with hedge trimmers. I keeps calling me back-- I believe your shape gave me an insight. This dying leaf has brought forth the intention to create my stone around this shape- thank you.
