small stones of gratitude - day 8

Through pale curtains, tree leaves throw patterns to me by the light of the low winter sun - as I close my eyes to rest, I'm grateful that I see the shapes now imprinted on my lids & smile.

(One week of July gone already - have you entered my birthday book-giveaway yet? Details here.)

  1. I love the idea of having a gratitude "wtone" for each day of the month, Kirsten. Thank you!

  2. Thanks, Margaret. I'm really enjoying the process and am definitely feeling more grateful in general as I move about my day. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment! :)

  3. This gentle stone brings to mind how even if we close our eyes our heart can see. Although my commenting is minimal I just had to let you know how much I have enjoyed your gratitude stones. In a way I did this very thing back in January this year... It is truly amazing how this simple act transforms. Sending blessing- xo teri
