Tide pool

Wasn't this a great prompt? The last time John and I went on a research trip for his paints, we went to Maine and he painted some marvelous paintings of tidepools. One of them even won prizes in NYC... One of them, unfinished, is hanging on my walls now. He was suffering for congestive heart failure and these tide pools brought him and me a great deal of peace.
Yes, I remember poking around in these as a child at the beach so didn't have to stretch too far for a memory. What a beautiful memory you have there, Merrill. Thanks for sharing it with me. :)
